Peaches are here

The Peaches have come in at the store!  What better way to enjoy them, than to make a yummy pie! This is a pretty quick and easy to assemble recipe from Melinda Schmidgall!

Peach Pie

4 cups sliced peaches

1 cup ½ and ½ 

1 1/4 -1 ½ cup sugar

½ cup flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

Dash of salt

Crumb Topping:

⅓ cup butter

½ cup sugar

½ cup flour

Put peaches in a 10-inch pie crust. Mix and pour other ingredients over peaches;  mix.  Bake at 450° for 15 minutes; put tinfoil over crust edges, then at 350° for 45 minutes.
