Bacon Mac and Cheese

16 oz Bacon
16 oz Uncooked macaroni noodles
8 oz Cheddar Cheese – shredded

Cheese Sauce:
6 tbsp Butter
6 tbsp Flour
3 ¾ cup Milk
12 oz Velveeta Cheese
1 ½ tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 ½ tsp Ground mustard
Cut bacon into pieces, fry and remove from pan onto paper towel to drain. Cook macaroni according to
package instruction. For the cheese sauce melt the butter in sauce pan on medium heat. Add flour and
mix until combined. Add milk and stir until smooth. Add pieces of Velveeta cheese slowly and stir until
completely melted. Mix in salt, pepper, and ground mustard. Bring to a simmer and stir frequently until
thickened being careful to not burn it. Mix cooked noodles, cheese sauce and cooked bacon together
then put half of the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish, spread shredded cheese over the top
then add the remaining noodle and cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
