Happy New Year from Spring Valley Farms! As we begin a new year it is good to take some time and
reflect on the lessons we learned over the past year.

Perhaps more importantly we need to ask ourselves where we are going and what steps we need to take to get there. These are called goals!
Without goals our human tendencies lead us to being less productive, which in turn makes us feel less satisfied with ourselves and others.
